Great Place to Work® now uses Compt to manage its custom perk stipend program called CARE4U.
Great Place to Work® introduced its CARE4U program in 2020 to all of its employees across its US and international locations so that employees could have access to funds to support them in a meaningful way, especially for emergencies and unexpected life events.
Great Place to Work® decided that for the first year, the CARE4U program’s total amount for each employee would be $5,000 USD. With Compt, this amount accrues automatically in each employee’s Compt account every month and they can use the funds whenever they choose as a flexible perk stipend in any of the follow categories:
- Charitable Giving
- Continuous Learning
- Financial Wellness
- Health & Wellness
- Student Loan Repayment
This setup has worked perfectly for what Great Place to Work® envisioned for supporting their employees - perks that are diverse, inclusive, timely and meaningful. With Compt, they also always have the option with just a few clicks to add a new program, change the name and categories of their perk programs, the amount offered to each employee, how funds are allocated throughout the year, and to whom the amount applies.
